I took these pictures in my yard at different points throughout this amazing spring we're having, and post them here for your personal enrichment. I know, pictures of flowers. Very cliche. I'm sorry. But aren't they pretty??

An unintended benefit to having such an amazing yard is that I'll be able to look at these pictures six months from now when I'm contemplating suicide after going 30 consecutive days without sun. They will remind me that there is indeed a reason to keep living, and that, in fact, there will come a time when the sun shines once again (if we're lucky).
